Check in and Check out: what are the times for arrival and departure?
The entrance to the room (Check in) is scheduled from 12:00 until 22:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure (Check out) the room must be vacated by 10:00.
On request and if available, it is possible to use the room on the day of departure, with a supplement of € 25.00.
Is parking available?
Yes, it is private, gated and free; located 100 meters from the hotel, it can be easilly accessed by an automatic gate opening code.
Do you have an agreement with the beach?
Yes, at Bagno Cecco, Bagno Marino and Bagno Italia (facing the hotel) the most advantageous beach rates are reserved to our Guests.
What are the breakfast, lunch and dinner times?
Breakfast: from 7:30 to 10:00
Lunch: from 12:30 to 13:00
Dinner: from 19.30 to 20.00
Is there a closing time at night?
Yes, the hotel closes at about 00.30, but it is possible to request the key to the service door, for the return after this time.
Are drinks included?
We have always served only bottled and sealed drinks, which are charged separately: we prefer to charge only what is actually consumed, rather than flat rates including wine or other drinks that many guests do not chose.
Do you have bicycles? Should they be booked and at what price?
The bicycle service is free and does not require a reservation
Do you store luggage?
Yes and it's free.
How far is the center of Bellaria from the hotel?
The central "Island of Platani" is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
What are the payment methods ?
Credit Cards and Bancomat: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Postepay.

Immediate bank transfer.
In case of cancellation?
Cancellation is free up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation after this deadline, or no-show , the room cost for 2 nights will be charged.
